NHR provides a quality public address service to organisers of indoor and outdoor events.

Safe hands...

For large outdoor events, it is often a requirement of Public Liability/Events insurance companies that a public address system is available in case of emergencies. With over 30 years experience, NHR is used to dealing with problems such as medical emergencies, lost children and lost property! If we commit to attending, you can be sure we will be there. We have NEVER let any Organisation down!

No volunteer receives payment or expenses.

We bring with us all the necessary equipment including speakers and radio microphones with good outdoor coverage. These are operated from the Charity’s caravan, which provides a safe and dry environment to provide a professional-sounding service.

We offer a service tailored to each event - from a continuous programme of popular music and announcements to music from a specific era with introductions to other artists performing on the day.

Previous events have included:

All major Town Fairs in South East Northumberland; corporate open days and school fairs. NHR has also attended several events at National Trust properties in the region for over 10 consecutive years.

Outside Events Caravan:

NHR’s current caravan was purchased for the 2006 season and offers more space for volunteers plus the flexibility to handle larger events.

We regret we are unable to hire either the caravan and/or equipment to other organisations. In all cases, to comply with our insurers, NHR volunteers must be present.

This service is run to help support NHR's running costs. Fees charged reflect the value of equipment used and our time and experience as volunteers to support each event. When you consider the cost of hiring, collecting, operating, then returning PA equipment, NHR’s service represents good value for money – and by booking NHR for your event you are directly supporting a local Charity.

NHR carries full Public Liability Insurance as standard.
